My name is Landon, and I'm falling on hard times. I made a real but impossible wish for a million dollars to a not-so-real genie named Chance.
Terms & Conditions
- The cost of advertising a wish is $100
- You can submit as many wishes and URLs as you want, each is $100
- Your wish, website, name, and links to share on Twitter and Facebook are rotated at the top of the homepage of ChanceTheGenie.com. You can also access your wish direcly with the URL sent to your email after payment. Your website and wish may also be included on the live webcast on Ustream.
- You must be the owner or representative of the website you are promoting. If it's found you are not, the wish will be taken down and no refund will be given.
- Your wish advertisement will be displayed on ChanceTheGenie.com for at least a year from the official launch of Chance The Genie (March 5, 2011). The wish may be displayed longer depending on the success of the site.
- Your wish may also be distributed in other ways I haven't thought of yet (in song or book form)
- Your purchase is handled through Paypal, which is a simple and secure process. All major credit cards are accepted with Paypal, and you don't have to be a member to purchase.
- I reserve the right to refuse any link or content I deem offensive or inappropriate to the website. In that event, a full refund will be issued.
- For accepted submissions, there are no refunds, unless there is an absolutely necessary reason.
- Again, there are no edits to your submission unless there is a necessary reason, such as a misspelling or change of URL. I reserve the right to not edit a wish if it isn't deemed necessary.
- If you want to remove your wish from the site, you can, but there will be no refund issued.
- For any inquiries about a purchase, contact Landon, and be sure to include your Paypal Transaction ID that was mailed to you from Paypal following your payment.
